We manage housekeeping and maintenance plans for your home, conduct regular inspections, coordinate vendors and contractors, and establish new relationships where needed. We perform handyman work ourselves and oversee other work to ensure it’s completed to a high standard. We can even manage budgets and take care of billing.

We have the practical know-how to diagnose most issues and handle many of the smaller jobs that come with regular upkeep — fixing leaks, patching walls, maintaining appliances, replacing bulbs and filters — as well as tackling your personal honey-do items such as assembling furniture and rotating seasonal storage. We can also close and open homes seasonally, manage logistics for your seasonal relocation, fix house-sitting arrangements, procure pet boarding and run errands.
